The Splosh Doctor has a new patient Ayla who is troubled by her sploshing fantasies. Dr Frankie seeks to put Ayla's mind at rest and to show her that her desires are perfectly normal and that the solution for Ayla's troubled mind is to try sploshing in a 'safe space'.

Dr Frankie suggests that Ayla pour custard over her so that Ayla can see what a wonderful and intimate experience it can be and it's not long before girls are lost to the sploshing sensations that course through them!
